Patriot America Insurance covers for non-U.S. citizens traveling outside their home country for a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of two years. If the plan is purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed for a total of up to 2 years.

Patriot America Insurance Coverage is available - Extreme Sports Rider is up to 12 months of coverage for those under the age of 50. This rider provides upto US$50,000 lifetime activities such as Bungee jumping, canyoning, flying, hang gliding,rappelling, rock climbing, skydiving, spelunking and whitewater rafting.

Pre-existing condition coverage Limit: Not covered. A Pre-Existing Condition is defined by the policy as, "any injury or illness which was contracted or which manifested itself, or for which treatment or medication was prescribed within three years prior to the effective date of this insurance."
