Policy Maximum	Visit USA Insurance plan offers coverage benefit maximum amount of US$50,000 or US$100,000 for the life of the plan. Plan A $50,000 per injury or sickness, Plan B $100,000 per injury or sickness. For applicants over age 80 the benefit amount is reduced to $10,000.
Deductible	Choice of deductible of US$50, US$250, US$500 or US$1000 per policy period.
Co-insurance	After the deductible is met, the Visit USA plan pays 80% of eligible medical expenses per incident up to US$5000, then 100% up to the policy maximum selected.
PPO Network	Visit USA Insurance provider network or PPO Network is covered by the Multiplan PPO.
Eligibility	Non US citizens traveling to the U.S. for pleasure, business or study, and for new immigrants to the US.

Cancellation: A refund of premium less a $20 cancellation fee is possible if a written request is provided prior to the start of the plan. No refunds are available after the start of the plan. Hospital Expense Coverage Limit: Up to policy maximum Intensive Care Expense Coverage Limit: Up to policy Maximum Outpatient Doctor Office Coverage Limit: Up to policy Maximum Pre-existing condition coverage Limit: Not covered.
